First session will include consultation and action plan. Tips are welcomed.

Guided Dynamic Holistic Therapy GDHT

Through the practice of mindful meditation, Ly Chi Gung moving meditation and my own lived experiences of trauma and mental health I offer an online service where I can help you with your mental health and physical wellbeing through counselling and prescribed guided physical exercises and can include guided mindful meditation and breathing exercises.

GDHT sessions cost £45 (week days only). Therapy is via Zoom and will last up to 60 minutes.

Full fee for goodwill deposit is required to secure your booking.

Ly Chi Gung LCG

(Online via Zoom)

A moving meditational practice that helps us to develop a compassionate relationship with our body so that we can maintain our wellness, wellbeing and mental health.

Community LCG sessions are free but donations are welcomed. Private LCG sessions cost £45 (week days only). Classes are via Zoom and will last up to 60 minutes.

Terms and Conditions

By making a goodwill deposit you agree and accept to all the terms, conditions and solely agree upon herein this recognised Terms & Conditions. This is a private practice in a private home. Insurance claims will not be accepted. You will be solely responsible for your participation in this treatment in mutual goodwill and common decency. A forfeitable goodwill deposit for £42 for DHRMT or full fee for GDHT per booking is necessary to secure bookings. Remainder of balance to be paid in cash after DHRMT treatment. Goodwill Deposit is forfeit if you fail to attend your appointment in good time. A full refund of your deposit will be issued if the appointment is cancelled within good decent timing. Acceptance of late arrivals to appointments is discretionary. Please do not come to your appointment if you are ill or have flu-like symptoms within 7 days of your appointment date. Refusal to practice is discretionary. This is strictly Holistic Remedial Massage Therapy. Sexual advancements, harassment or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.
