I have been very lucky to meet Kai randomly in one of his mindfulness classes. Already then I was so impressed with his unique technique and how extraordinary and inspirational he is as a person . It took a while for me to reach him again, but when I finally did, I didn't know much about the healing process or him, but instantly felt trust and respect so I went all in for Holistic Massage Therapy… Only thing I regret is that I didn't do it earlier! Kai has a very unique knowledge of healing, it's hard to believe how effectively it works. I’m not going to go into details, because it probably will sound unbelievable... But I surely recommend it to everybody and everyone! I even got my sceptical boyfriend to do it and he was absolutely amazed and can't wait to return. I definitely will do it again, and I feel responsible to let people know of the services he provide. Thank you so much Kai, for doing this for the people! :)

Having visited Kai for the best part of a year and a half, I've seen a very real change. For most of my adult life, I've had persistent pain in my shoulder. After a few sessions, this is something I no longer suffer with. Kai approached my issues in a knowledgeable and good-natured way and I thoroughly recommend his services.

I found Kai through YouTube. For years I've had chronic back and chest pain that no amount of stretching seemed to resolve. It would flare up when I was stressed and make breathing difficult as well as causing spasms. A few hours with Kai eased this long-term pain and made lasting improvements to my posture. The massage itself was very gentle given the impressive results. He's generous with his time and explains what he is doing and what's wrong as he goes along. You also get exercises you can do at home. Would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone who has been struggling with pain.

I watched Tao's videos on YouTube and it took me long to experience it. When I had a massive neck ache which I was struggling to bare it. Tao was able to find out in seconds why, his massage and breathing techniques helped everything, my neck pains went in hours. I've had many massages and I believe that was one of the most different ones I've ever had. He even did some of the Oigong tapping technique which was a different experience. I recommend going to him because his passion and knowledge can really teach you some stuff about your body that you may not know.

Kai helped clear many energetic blockages in my body and explained additional exercises on how to maintain alignment and equilibrium within the body. I can not express how grateful I am. I was involved in 2 car accidents approx 5 years ago. Since the accidents, I have suffered back pains which spread into other parts of the body. After having major pains over the past 5 years I was forced not to run or weight-train anymore, my physical activity was severely limited. After investigating my symptoms, Kai immediately identified the root of the problems. Kai was very clear and comprehensive when explaining my injury. Using his vast knowledge and expertise Kai explained what he was doing and what I needed to do to get better. Over the past 5 years I have received over 60 sessions with various different physiotherapists and osteopaths. The pains which have lingered for 5 years and have progressively got worse, have not just been addressed, some have even resolved in just 2 sessions with Kai. I could greatly feel the difference and the benefits of this treatment, Kai has managed to achieve this where other have failed in over 60 sessions. I have been searching a long time for someone like Kai in the UK. It gives me great peace of mind to know I have found someone who understands the traditional way of doing things, not just the physical remedial aspect but also the spiritual side too. Kai is truly caring, works diligently to diagnose and treat the problems. Kai is a Professional and knowledgeable Individual, someone who willing to take time to explain the science behind what he is does. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone without hesitation.

I went to Kai after seeing his post on Instagram about helping his friend who is an MMA fighter being a fighter myself I was curious to try. Kai is nothing short of a magician he addressed issues that i had been battling with for years in simply one sitting! and what an experience , kai is attentious from the moment you put your foot on his doorstep making me feel comfortable and safe in his very experienced and healing hands. from years of abuse, over excercising being one of my worst strains on my body and gruling training and hard impact that comes with any martial arts training and specially muay thai Kai was able to address to all my needs intuitively and he scanned my boddy and addressed every single minor to grand injury no stone was left unturned. Kai is amazing with his energy being infectious and his hands performing nothing short of mircles. After treatment with Kai I left there being a new person he healed me phisically but most importantly he also helped me to heal my soul. Thank you Kai for the laughter and the extremely proffessional treatment you went above and beyond for me its obvious you love what you do and have a real gift also. I am forever greatful ! see you very soon ! I reccomend Kai to anyone who needs treatment reagardless of the severity of their ailments Kai will heal you body, mind and soul.

I went to Kai after discovering him on YouTube like many others here and the only regret I have is that I didn’t see him sooner! It was a fantastic experience I felt like he really took the time to understand me and get to the root of my problems in my body . Not only that but he knew a lot of them without me even telling him. The massage was great I can definitely feel a change in both my body and my attitude . I honestly can not recommend him enough he’s not just a great massage therapist but also a genuinely nice guy.

I can not remember a time, i have ever felt more relaxed and whole. I Felt like all The worries and negative emotions left my body and mind. The way Kai approached the massage is unique for me. Combination of massage, deep breathing and mindfulness helped me to realise what is The source of my back pain and how to prevent it. The moment me and Kai met, it was already full of positivity and love. He was very welcoming and helped me feel at ease. He noticed right away what problems affected me and was extremely knowledgeable in theory and practice in helping me get better. Kai is a massage wizard and I am happy to recommend him. I went to see him for a treatment for stiff back and neck which was prevent me from improving my swimming technique. From the first moment when I arrived Kai's warmth and positivity helped me relax and his quick grasp of my complaint and focus on the root cause meant that I had full trust in his skill and professionalism. Kai's technique was strong and impactful but never painful, kneading and manipulating to un-knot and lengthen stiff and stuck muscles. The impact of Kai's treatment was immedialely apparent the following day when I got back in the pool and had greater ease and range of movement in my swimming stroke. During the massage Kai explained the 'swaa' (Is this correct spelling Kai?) philosophy which is the basis of his work, he explained that this Vietnamese approach to massage is based on practical, physical care for family and friends and is used to demonstrate care and compassion for those who need support or help. I was very impressed with Kais energy and optimism in wanting to bring this approach to all those who can benefit from it, myself included!

This men is amazing ! Frequently I have checked her videos on youtube and last week i decided to come to see him on London, im French from Paris and i bought ticket just go\back for only one day, just for to see this men and living her massage. Im not dissapointed, never i have seen that in my life , this technique and this feeling with the body are unbelievable !!! Tao doesnt do massage, HE IS THE MASSAGE ! I also out of the many, had booked in a massage after seeing Kai on YouTube. I suffered from a slipped disc 5 months ago and Kai took the time to understand how it happened and gave me advice on what could have caused it and what i can do to prevent that from happening again. Great person with a very unique skill set, also got along with him very well. Went in for a 70 min massage but actually went on for 2 hours and there was no extra charge! Very satisfied. Will book again.
